SHIPPING POLICY

MASHELE provides trackable shipping service for all the purchases. We provide standard free shipping within U.S. territory for all the purchase order worth $50 and above.

MASHELE commits to ship within one day since the orders are placed. The tracking code may take 2~3 business days to be activated.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your account.

*Please be aware of that MASHELE can not ship to an address of P.O. Box.

International orders are shipped via our international courier service partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and weight of your order.
